Quick answers

  • Lost your sign-in link? Ask for a new one. It arrives in a minute.
  • Bought twice by mistake? Refund the second course yourself in your course settings, within 14 days.
  • A question looks wrong? Use "Report a question" on the question itself. We re-test it, usually within the hour.
  • About your visa or application? We can't advise on your own case. GOV.UK and a regulated adviser can (find an immigration adviser).
