About Teacup Test

Who runs it

Teacup Test is run by Highfold Group Ltd, which runs a family of independent online businesses. Teacup Test is a trading name of Highfold Group Ltd (company number 17521208, registered in England and Wales). Registered office: Office 21848, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA.

Why it is independent

We are not connected to the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration or GOV.UK, and we never pretend to be. We don't book tests and we don't take the test fee. You book the real test on GOV.UK.

We don't give immigration advice. Whether you need the test, and anything about your own visa or application, is a question for GOV.UK or a regulated immigration adviser, for example one registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC) or a solicitor (GOV.UK: find an immigration adviser).

How we make it

• Every question is written in our own words from a fact in the official handbook. It is never copied from the handbook or from another website.
• Every question is tested by a second AI model before it goes live, and re-tested if anyone reports it: how we test questions.
• Everything is written in simple English, for people whose first language may not be English.
• The course never renews, and the free mock tests stay free.
